About the Role

Description

As an intern at Trout CPA, you'll gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced professionals, and contribute to client engagements. You'll build technical and professional skills, receive mentorship from knowledgeable team members who are invested in your growth, and gain firsthand exposure to the public accounting profession while exploring future career opportunities.

Requirements

  • Be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
  • Have completed at least three years of accounting coursework by the start of the internship
  • Intend to pursue CPA licensure
  • Be available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week from early June through late July 2027
  • Maintain a GPA of 3.4 or higher in accounting specific coursework
  • Demonstrate involvement through internships, work experience, student organizations, or leadership activities
  • Possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment and demonstrate initiative and adaptability
