Our dynamic and successful Structures Group is seeking an intern. This position would be based in our Minneapolis, MN office. As a Structural Engineering Intern, you will work in a team atmosphere with experienced engineers providing support to various structural engineering projects. The chosen candidate will typically work 40 hours per week during the summer with some overtime and travel required. We are also open to someone working part-time hours during the school year. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with structural calculations and CAD work.
  • Assist with bridge inspections and reports.
  • Provide general office support.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Qualifications: 

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with either a strong interest or an emphasis in Structural Engineering.
  • Ideal candidate will complete at least 1 year of upper division coursework.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic attitude.
  • Willingness to travel in state.


Salary: $25.00/hr 


Compensation is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, job location, internal equity, market analysis, and specific qualifications relevant to the role.
