Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Cross-Department Intern to support our Safety, Engineering, Construction, Quality Control, and Logistics teams. This position offers an opportunity to gain practical experience through a combination of field and office work, while learning about construction projects, field operations, and different functions across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist team members across the Safety, Engineering, Construction, Quality Control, and Logistics departments with daily project and operational activities.
  • Support on-site construction projects and field operations as needed.
  • Assist with project coordination, material tracking, delivery coordination, and other operational tasks.
  • Provide language and translation support for internal and external communication, including meetings, on-site communication, and project-related documents.
  • Work with different departments to support ongoing projects and daily operations.
  • Assist with basic documentation and office tasks related to field and project activities.
  • Participate in special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program.
  • Major in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong English and Chinese communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to provide translation and communication support when needed.
  • Willingness to learn and gain hands-on experience in both field and office environments.
  • Comfortable working in an on-site environment and supporting field operations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work well with different teams.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Previous internship or work experience is a plus, but not required.
