About the Role

Pella Corporation is seeking motivated engineering students for our Intelligent Engineering Co-Op in Pella, Iowa.

This co-op provides hands-on experience supporting engineering initiatives through meaningful projects that contribute to quality, cost, delivery, and operational performance objectives. Co-op students work alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams while developing technical, analytical, and professional skills in a real-world environment.

The extended duration of the co-op allows participants to gain deeper project ownership, see projects through multiple phases of implementation, and build a stronger understanding of how engineering technologies support business objectives.

If you're interested in applying engineering principles, solving technical challenges, and gaining experience similar to that of an entry-level engineer, we'd love to connect with you.
