About the Role

Join our team as an IT Intern. We are looking for motivated individuals interested in gaining experience in Information Technology, developing professional skills, and building business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Setup and install computer equipment (computers, monitors, network equipment, etc.), which may involve moving computing equipment between locations/buildings
  • Assist with managing technology inventory
  • Assist end users with technology related requests/issues and general troubleshooting
  • Assist with technical documentation
  • Assist with developing code
  • Assist with Project Management and general IT administration tasks

Desired Experience

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Positive attitude
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge and experience with PCs and MS Windows
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with network equipment (routers, switches, wireless access points, etc.)
  • At least one year of programming experience (can include coursework)"
