About The Company
Nuvo is the AI order-to-cash network that combines customer onboarding, credit & risk management, and accounts receivable in a unified platform, built on top of Nuvo's proprietary trade network of over 175,000 verified businesses. Built for credit teams, controllers, CFOs, and AR leaders at companies that extend trade credit, Nuvo replaces fragmented manual workflows across applications, verifications, credit decisions, account monitoring, payments, cash application, and collections with AI agents that handle the routine work and a single platform where finance teams stay in control. Customer Onboarding: Onboard customers through configurable, high-converting branded experiences that accelerate credit approvals, unlock revenue, and reduce fraud. Nuvo replaces manual forms with AI-powered application flows, real-time business and principal identity verification, and embedded credit insights—enabling confident decisions that protect and grow your business. Vendor Onboarding: Onboard vendors with a seamless digital experience that is tailored to your business and comes with built-in fraud prevention. From bank account verification to W-9 document authentication, you get real-time validation that reduces vendor fraud risk, streamlines approvals, and scales with your business. Accounts Receivable: Nuvo’s AR Suite unifies payments, cash application, and collections. And with Nuvo Intelligence agents handling the manual work, every dollar your customers owe moves from invoice to your bank account faster. Customers use Nuvo for order-to-cash to lower DSO, improve cash flow predictability, and ultimately yield stronger customer relationships.
About the Role

About Nuvo

We’re Redefining the $11T B2B Commerce and Payments Market

Nuvo is bringing B2B commerce online.

While technology has reshaped consumer commerce, the business-to-business (B2B) economy — three times larger— has lagged behind.

From coffee to lumber, every product we use has been traded through a complex supply chain of suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers. Despite the massive scale of this market, most businesses manage their trading relationships and commerce activities using outdated methods like paper forms, PDFs, emails, faxes, phone calls, and spreadsheets, making processes slow and inefficient.

Much like how Shopify, Stripe and Square have transformed how consumer companies transact, we aim to do the same for B2B companies.

About the Role

We are looking for smart engineers to help build category-defining products. Our problems span scaling AI agents, multi-agent workflows that automate risk and payments, and running agents on large scale data. You'll partner with our engineering, design and product teams to help shape the roadmap, solve real world problems and build our 0-1 products. Your work will have huge impact: on team culture, on our customers and on the economy.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own a real project end to end over the internship, shipping code that reaches customers building on the Nuvo trade network.
  • Write high-quality, clean and performant code with support and code review from experienced engineers.
  • Collaborate across the team to build intuitive experiences and learn how a fast-moving early-stage company operates up close.
  • Bring your ideas. Interns here shape real product and engineering decisions, not busywork.
  • Use the best tools for the job. We'll help you get up to speed on our stack quickly.

What You Bring:
  • Currently pursuing a CS or related degree with solid fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
  • Evidence that you build things you care about: coursework, side projects, hackathons, or prior internships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to ask questions and learn fast.
  • Genuine curiosity about internet technologies and a bias for action in an ambiguous, fast-growing environment.
