🎓 Requisitos

  • Cursando graduação (a partir do 5º semestre) em Engenharia Industrial, Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Mecânica ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento de programação (Phyton, C++, Node.Js, Programação WEB)
  • Interesse em processos industriais, melhoria contínua e operações ⚙️;
  • Experiência prévia em projetos acadêmicos ou estágios será considerada um diferencial (não obrigatório);
  • Boa comunicação 🗣️, organização 📁 e habilidades analíticas 📊;
  • Conhecimento básico em ferramentas digitais (Excel, etc.) e atenção aos detalhes.

🔧 Principais Atividades

  • Apoiar as atividades diárias de engenharia sob supervisão, garantindo a execução eficaz das tarefas e alinhamento com os objetivos da equipe;
  • Auxiliar na documentação, coordenação e análise de dados, seguindo procedimentos estabelecidos, normas de segurança ⚠️ e requisitos de qualidade ✅;
  • Suportar estudos de tempos e movimentos ⏱️ para identificar oportunidades de otimização de processos;
  • Desenvolver e manter documentação de engenharia e procedimentos operacionais padrão (SOPs) 📄;
  • Auxiliar na elaboração de FMEA e Planos de Controle (CP), garantindo conformidade com padrões de qualidade;
  • Contribuir com projetos de engenharia e melhoria contínua 🚀, promovendo ganhos de eficiência, qualidade e produtividade;
  • Participar ativamente do aprendizado dos processos de manufatura, aplicando habilidades de resolução de problemas 🧠 para apoiar a excelência operacional.
