Descrição da Vaga

Suporte na interação com clientes, schedulers e Engenheiros de Serviço Remoto, a fim de conduzir diversas atividades administrativas, principalmente por meio de e-mail e do sistema SAP CRM.
Atende e/ou presta suporte a clientes comerciais da Agilent e a clientes internos em atividades como processos de execução de ordens de serviço, solicitações de atendimento ao cliente e gestão do status de pedidos de ponta a ponta.
Isso inclui a solicitações de reparos, solicitações de qualificação, trocas ou devoluções de produtos. Pode ser responsável pelo registro de pedidos e pela solicitação de cotações.

Qualifications

Pode ser necessária a habilidade de leitura e escrita em inglês e português.

Localização: Região de Barueri/Alphaville

Regime de trabalho: 3 dias no escritório Alphaville Industrial

Horário de trabalho: 09:00-15:00
