About the Role

Through a structured training and development experience, participants receive educational content designed to help them navigate the organization, develop key technical and interpersonal skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the JPMorganChase culture. They will also gain exposure to the firm’s culture, values, and organizational structure while building a strong professional network.  

During journey in our program, you’ll collaborate with our expert professionals to influence and shape decisions and initiatives that support our businesses across the firm. You'll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment.   

In Colombia, DTF opportunities are open to undergraduate students and recent graduates with no prior work experience. Participants are hired for an initial 6-month period, with the possibility of extension up to 24 months based on participant performance, feedback, and business needs. This role requires full-time, in-person availability in Bogotá only. 

As a Markets Sales Intern within the Global Market Sales team, you will be given the chance to enhance your professional skills through a variety of training and coaching sessions. Your responsibilities will include assisting the sales desk with all operational requirements and promoting our financial products to our clientele. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work alongside senior team members in fostering and sustaining relationships with key decision-makers. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the financial industry while contributing to our inclusive culture. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain all operational processes required by the sales team
  • Help in the design of solutions to meet client’s needs
  • Accompany senior members in the team in the process of developing and maintaining relationships with people in positions responsible for client decision making 
  • Ensure responsibility for quality control during the execution of any transaction with the client.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree student in Business Administration, Industrial/System Engineering, Economics or a related field

  • Full-time commitment.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal). 

  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 

  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.
