About the Role

Education & Competencies

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferably from the 2nd year onwards).
  • Proactive, committed, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in professional development.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, support process improvements, and identify optimization opportunities.

Intern, Indirect Procurement

  • Support the Indirect Procurement team in daily operational activities and procurement processes.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding, registration, and maintenance in corporate systems.
  • Validate supplier documentation, banking details, tax information, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor purchase requisitions and approval workflows to ensure process adherence.
  • Conduct follow-ups with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support timely execution of requests and deliveries.
  • Identify and help resolve supplier data discrepancies, contributing to operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure supplier data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Support the preparation of reports, KPIs, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Contribute to spend analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and support data quality governance.Has working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or limited work experience. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. Identifies problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses them using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions. Has limited discretion to vary from established procedures.
