About the Role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.    Assisting in creating, tracking, updating pursuits on vantage point & DMS share point. 
2.    Following up approvals with all stakeholders and tracking any pending action with proposal team. 
3.    Updating / Creating new client records on vantage point.
4.    Updating weekly RC file. 
5.    Keeping information register up to date. 
6.    Initiating pursuits word file and estimation sheet draft version asper the initial information came from sales team. 
7.    Preparing Pursuits package for validation (making sure all relevant documents and processes have been followed)  
8.    Scheduling hand over meetings to the execution team and assisting in preparation of any required documentations.

Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to learn and communicate information effectively.
Strong written communication, documentation, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
