About the Role

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

This position is mainly responsible for T&L expense report reviewing, double checking the compliance of original invoices & receipts, to ensure the expense report comply with company T&L policy and tax requirement.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Check the completeness of expense report, including detail information of expense report and original invoices & receipts.
  • Check each expense item matching with related original invoices & receipts.
  • Check each expense item’s amount\nature\date matching with the original invoices & receipts.
  • Check VAT special invoices’ completeness, including deduction form and invoice form (except for E-VAT special invoice).
  • Check the VAT invoice to ensure the company name is correct.
  • Check each expense item to ensure it comply with company T&L policy.
  • Follow up the non-compliant expense report regularly.
  • Other tasks assigned.

 

Qualifications Required:

 

  • Be careful and patient, be observant at work and could identify any problems, then put forward ideas with a bold hand.
  • Accounting major is a plus.
