Job Description

  • General administrative support, filing, data entry and document control
  • Maintain departmental trackers and records
  • Prepare Delivery Notes and local delivery documents
  • Coordinate local deliveries with transporters and warehouse
  • Arrange courier services and local collection/delivery arrangements
  • Follow up on delivery status and update the relevant team
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with warehouse and internal departments
  • Maintain proof of delivery (POD) and delivery records
  • Assist with local transport invoices and supporting documents
  • Assist with office supplies, pantry, facilities coordination and other administrative matters
  • Assist in updating customs and trade compliance reports and maintaining the related records and supporting documents.
  • Assist the logistics team with other operational and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Willing to learn and able to work indepently with guidance.
  • Detail-oriented and responsible.

Able to commit for a minimum internship period of 3–6 months
