About the Role

We are thrilled to announce an internship opportunity for Business Admin.

This role is designed for individuals passionate about administration, office operations, and storekeeping activities. It offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable industry exposure by supporting the administrative and operational functions behind the maintenance and operation of Malaysia's highway network.


Key Areas of Exposure During Your Internship with Us Include:

  • Administrative Support - Assist with day-to-day administrative duties, including document preparation, data entry, filing, record keeping, correspondence, and general office coordination.

  • Documentation & Records Management - Support the organisation and maintenance of administrative records, reports, forms, and other relevant documentation to ensure information is properly recorded and easily accessible.

  • Storekeeping & Inventory Management - Assist with receiving, checking, recording, storing, and issuing materials, equipment, and office supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records.

  • Operational & Office Support - Support routine office and operational activities, including monitoring stock levels, preparing inventory reports, coordinating internal requests, and assisting with other administrative tasks as required.

Criteria for The Ideal Intern:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree qualification in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum CGPA of 3.00.

  • Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented, with good time management and administrative skills.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
