About the Role

1. Position

  • Business Assessment Project Intern
  • Position objective: Support the project team in collecting, verifying, standardizing, and consolidating information to assess various companies

2. Summary of Responsibilities

  • Collect publicly available or provided information and documents relating to companies.
  • Support business health assessments based on standardized dimensions and criteria, including:
  • Level of compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Analyze basic information regarding financial health and business continuity.
  • Review the company’s general management systems and the quality management of its products and services.
  • Enter and standardize data, and update assessment results in the project’s data management tool.
  • Cross-check evidence against assessment criteria; identify missing information, inconsistencies, or matters requiring clarification; and report them to the person in charge.
  • Comply with information confidentiality requirements and perform other duties assigned by the project team.

3. Summary of Candidate Requirements

Knowledge and Education

  • Third- or fourth-year students, or recent graduates, majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, Risk Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of business operations, financial statements, regulatory compliance is an advantage.
  • Ability to work with Vietnamese-language documents; English reading comprehension is an advantage.

Professional Skills

  • Ability to search for, select, and verify information from appropriate sources, with clear documentation of sources and supporting evidence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to enter data accurately, process data tables, and present information in a structured manner.
  • Logical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to identify missing or conflicting information and matters requiring further review; proactively seek clarification when criteria are unclear.
  • Strong time-management skills, ability to track progress, and capacity to complete a high volume of work within deadlines.

Personal Qualities and Attitude

  • Honest, careful, responsible, and committed to confidentiality principles.
  • Proactive in learning, receptive to feedback, and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
