About this Position
What you´ll do
- Lead packaging development projects for secondary packaging and cost-saving initiatives, including co-packing and bundle pack solutions
- Conduct packaging tests and maintain packaging laboratory equipment and materials as required by the supervisor
- Work closely with the Regulatory Affairs (RA) team to ensure compliance with packaging-related regulations, including EPR, recycling labels, and required certifications. Support English translation of packaging-related documents when needed
- Coordinate packaging samples and logistics to support project activities, including requesting samples from suppliers and arranging domestic or international shipments to stakeholders

What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Packaging Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is required
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment
- Prior knowledge or experience in engineering design, manufacturing processes, quality control (QC), or production management is preferred
