  • Learn the fundamentals of instructional design (ADDIE/SAM models, adult learning theory) 
  • Practice analyzing learning needs 
  • Write learning objectives and structure course content 
  • Practice working with authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline/Rise/Open edX) 
  • Design assessments and multimedia learning elements 
  • Learn how to evaluate learning outcomes and iterate based on feedback

Qualifications

  • English level Upper-Intermediate or higher 
  • Strong analytical thinking 
  • Fast learner 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills 
  • Genuine interest in e-learning / adult education 

Will be an advantage: 

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge 
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Figma, Illustrator, etc.) 
  • Any prior experience creating educational or training content
