Are you looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources within a dynamic and international environment? At Ferrero Ibérica, we’re offering a paid HR internship where you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our HR team across Spain and Portugal. This is a unique opportunity to join a global company and contribute to meaningful projects while developing your skills in a real-world setting.

Responsabilidades principales:

As our HR Trainee, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks that will give you a comprehensive view of the HR department. You’ll help maintain and update employee data using SAP HR, assist in preparing documentation for new hires and internal changes, and support payroll and Social Security processes. Additionally, you’ll manage internal platforms and contribute to creating manuals that document key administrative procedures. You’ll also get exposure to SAP providers and learn how HR supports business operations in a multinational company.

Acerca de ti:

We’re looking for a university student currently pursuing a degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Law, or a related field. You should be fluent in Spanish and have an intermediate to advanced level of English. Strong digital skills are essential, and prior knowledge of SAP HR is highly valued. If you're proactive, organized, and eager to learn, this HR internship in Barcelona could be the perfect fit for you.
