Objective

Activities

• Support the migration, validation, and maintenance of educational event data within the Salesforce Medical Education Platform.
• Monitor active events to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established processes.
• Identify, document, and communicate system issues and improvement opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain process documentation and support materials to ensure information remains current and accurate.
• Consolidate and manage financial and operational data from cross-functional teams.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and platform performance monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support platform adoption, process improvements, and ongoing projects.
• Provide administrative and operational support for governance, monitoring, and continuous optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Final-year student preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher), both written and verbal.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Assertive communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural teams.

Important Details

• 4-5 days per week, flexibility to adjust working hours based on university.
• On-site Internship: Coyol Free Zone, Alajuela
