About the Role

Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research Labs Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

Our company's Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO) regional team is currently recruiting for summer interns. GCTO is a global organization operating in over 52 countries and is responsible in the delivery of our company's diverse development portfolio comprising over 300 clinical trials in compliance with global and local regulations. The Regional organization is comprised of 5 distinct regions (North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, European Economic Area and Non-EU/Middle East/Africa) and is responsible for a significant proportion of the GCTO budget, staff and deliverables.

The intern will engage with GCTO Regions and Regional Operations leadership team and general staffing team members for participation in and/or leading projects that support regional operations driving the efficient and ethical conduct of clinical trials across the region.  Activities may include (but are not limited to):

  • Generation of performance metrics

  • Support of resource management

  • Development of effective communications

  • Support site and patient benchmarking activities

  • Process improvements

  • Development of tools to enhance conduct of clinical trial operations

  • Development of a capstone presentation illustrating internship activities and deliverables

Required Education and Skills:

  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA degree program in a science-related discipline.

  • Candidates must be available to work full-time for up to (12) weeks beginning in May or June of 2027.

  • Candidates must have completed at least (2) years of collegiate study by June of 2027.

The salary range for this role is $39,908 - $111,111 ​USD
