Are you looking to kickstart your career in an international environment and apply your finance and accounting knowledge in a real-world setting? We are looking for an Accounting/Finance Trainee to join and support our Finance team.

Your main responsibilities will be to give support to:

  • Recording of accounting transactions in assigned area according to local law and MAF standards.

  • Primary documents requirements check (master data, reception, etc.).

  • Records archive and documentation management.

  • Executing subsequent operations in the accounting system (unblocking for payment, payment processing, item clearing, etc.).

  • Observance and compliance checking of internal audit LSF rules.

  • Balance Sheet justification preparation (payables sub-ledger).

  • Monthly closing supporting documentation preparation.

  • Preparation of supporting documents for audits and tax checks.

  • Communication with internal and external partners.

  • Differences accounting and resolution (price, volume, payment).

  • E-procurement request approvals (checking account numbers).

  • Contributing to the Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting the Code of Ethics and company policies.

What do you need?

  • Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Finance, or a similar field.

  • Good level of English (written and spoken).

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

  • Interest in corporate accounting and working in a collaborative team environment.
