About the Role

Who we are looking for

Would you like to experience the breadth of an HR generalist role in an international environment? Join our People & Culture team for a six-month internship, working closely with the HR Business Partner and contributing to a variety of practical, high-impact topics that support our employees.

This experience will give you a broad understanding of the People & Culture function, strengthen your operational skills and help you understand the people, employee relations and organisational challenges faced by an international company.

What you will do

  • Support the HR Business Partner across all aspects of an HR generalist role.

  • Contribute to HR administration activities and help ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Assist with the preparation of meetings with members of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) and follow up on related matters.

  • Support internal communications and the preparation of materials for employees.

  • Provide operational support on a range of key, cross-functional HR projects.

  • Respond to employees’ day-to-day HR queries and requests with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including European People & Culture teams, our London head office, managers, employees and external service providers.

 

The knowledge, qualifications and experience you need

  • You are currently completing the first or second year of a Master’s degree, ideally specialising in Human Resources, employment law, management or business.

  • You are looking for a six-month internship covered by an internship agreement with your educational institution.

  • You are organised, thorough and curious, and enjoy working on a varied range of assignments.

  • You have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and understand the importance of discretion.

  • You enjoy working as part of a team while also being able to manage your responsibilities independently and prioritise effectively.

  • You are fluent in French and have a good command of English, enabling you to work confidently in an international environment.

  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint, is desirable.
