Finance Controllership Intern

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finance Controllership team. This role will be based in Shanghai.

We will count on you to:

• Responsible for preparing invoice lists; printing and scanning invoices; registering and deducting VAT special invoices
• Assisted in checking relevant reimbursement supporting documents; filed and organized reimbursement lists; arranged and bound accounting vouchers
• Recorded and reconciled the bank work journal ledger
• Organized the input tax deduction list
• Scanned documents for filing
• Enters issues and tasks to be completed by team and follows up with responsible individuals; escalates issues when appropriate.

What you need to have: 

• Accounting, finance or related major
• Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented, and committed to the internship
