Job Description:

  • Monitoring Cover Letter for BAS and Deals 

  • Review KYC 

  • Create Monthly Reporting (Save It) for BAS, Deals and Consulting  

  • Create Monthly Reporting for RA & CMAAS Opportunity Won 

  • Assist training and summary the status of participants for the Coaching Session, Bi Annual Training RM, Promoted SA1 & Manager Coaching Session 

  • Review ECR BAS 

  • Review ECR Deals & Consulting 

  • Assist to email PAC meeting related to the KYC & EA links and summary of the case. 

  • Update RM&I monthly report for the status of the participants for A&C, Save It, BU Coaching Sessions. 

  • Assist to assign PIC for the Enquiry and Consultation 

  • Monthly Monitoring for Partner’s Hours Dashboard 

  • Instructor for A&C and Save It Training 

  • Update Risk Register Consulting, Deals and BAS 

  • Enhancement Cover Letter & Billing Clearance (UAT) 

  • Language : English both written and speaking (at least average)

  • Skill : Strong project management skills, strong in communication skills, familiar in operating Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

  • Personal : Able to work within the team or independently with minimum supervision, and commit to achieve the deadline
