This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Binance Accelerator Program - AI Agent Observability Engineer based in India.
This 3–6 month accelerator opportunity is designed for students and recent graduates eager to build practical experience in software engineering and AI.
You will contribute to production-facing backend and full-stack systems while working alongside experienced engineers.
The role combines software development with the deployment, evaluation, and observability of AI and LLM-powered capabilities.
You will gain hands-on exposure to areas such as RAG pipelines, agent tooling, automated evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Your work will help improve the reliability, quality, and measurable performance of AI-enabled products and platforms.

- Contribute to backend and full-stack feature development, testing, and releases for core products and platforms, delivering production-ready code.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on module design, API and interface definitions, system integration, deployment, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Develop and maintain automated tests and CI/CD configurations to improve engineering efficiency, reliability, and code quality.
- Support the deployment of AI and LLM capabilities based on business requirements, including LLM API integrations, basic RAG pipelines, and agent or tool capabilities within existing systems.
- Help create and maintain datasets and benchmarks used for AI evaluation, regression testing, and quality measurement.
- Track online AI performance and assist with diagnosing, debugging, and resolving issues affecting deployed systems.
- Contribute to observability initiatives covering logging, monitoring, performance, and system health.
- Prepare technical documentation and communicate implementation details, findings, and progress effectively across teams.
- Participate in engineering best practices around version control, testing, debugging, deployment, and maintainable software development.
- Take ownership of assigned work, learn quickly, and contribute proactively to technical and product objectives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms, object-oriented design, common design patterns, and coding best practices.
- Proficiency in Python is required, along with experience in at least one primary programming language. Java, Go, TypeScript, or JavaScript experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git, Linux fundamentals, debugging, unit and integration testing, RESTful APIs, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Some practical experience with AI/LLM projects or internships is sufficient; deep research experience is not required.
- Exposure to prompt engineering, function calling, RAG, vector databases, or frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph is advantageous.
- Strong ownership mindset, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to commit to at least 6 months, 5 days per week.
- Experience shipping web or backend services is a plus, particularly with caching, message queues, concurrency, or performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK is beneficial.
- Exposure to LLM evaluation, prompt iteration, data feedback loops, or basic fine-tuning workflows is an advantage.
