Job Description

What You Will Do

  • Work within the India infrastructure team alongside experienced professionals and assist them in various day-to-day tasks

  • Participate in complex financial modeling and highlight key issues for various potential investment opportunities that may be suitable for consideration by La Caisse.

  • Collaborate in assessing the valuation of potential investments aligned with La Caisse's investment strategy, using various methodologies as required (DDM, multiple, etc.)

  • Participate in the drafting of papers and supporting documents that will be presented to La Caisse's investment committee

  • Participate in the coordination of due diligence workstreams

  • Prepare internal and external reports (transaction tracking, market highlights, ad hoc presentations) in a timely manner

  • Proactively monitor news and gather information from key sources

  • Produce targeted sectoral studies (portfolio companies or potential markets)

  • Assist in the management of portfolio companies

What You Bring

  • Prior experience in investment banking, project finance, private equity or consulting

  • Dynamic, curious, rigorous with strong analytical abilities and good interpersonal skills

  • Financially numerate with good Microsoft Office skills as well as Bloomberg and Capital IQ

  • Writing and verbal fluency in English;

  • Candidates with the right to work in India would be considered

Practical Information

  • Duration: minimum 5-6 months, long-term internships preferred

  • Full-time internship

  • Start date: October 2026

  • Location: New Delhi
