About the Role

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) to join our HR team in Düsseldorf and support us across recruitment, HR administration, and employee engagement activities.

This is a great opportunity for a student who already has some practical experience in HR and recruitment and would like to gain broader hands-on experience in a dynamic international working environment.

Your Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Support the HR team throughout the recruitment process, from job posting to interview coordination
  • Create, publish, and maintain job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms
  • Review and screen incoming CVs and applications based on defined criteria
  • Conduct initial candidate screening calls and coordinate next steps with the HR team
  • Support candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience
  • Assist with preparing interview materials 
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees where required
HR Administration
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
  • Process and post HR-related invoices and assist with tracking and documentation.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and HR projects as required
Employee Engagement & HR Events
  • Support the planning and organization of HR activities, employee events, workshops, and team initiatives
  • Assist with event logistics, communication, invitations, and coordination

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled as a student at a university and eligible to work as a Working Student in Germany
  • Previous practical experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field is required
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, German at least B2 level, Mandarin Chinese is a plus
  • Strong interest in HR and recruitment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Good attention to detail and a structured approach to work
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, HR systems, and recruitment platforms
  • Previous experience in an international or multicultural environment is an advantage
