About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Intern or Interior Design Intern to join our dynamic design team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in architectural design or interior design, project development, and construction documentation within a collaborative and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior architects and designers in developing design concepts and preparing presentation materials

- Support the creation of detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software

- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and sustainability practices relevant to project development

- Participate in site visits and assist with on-site inspections to ensure design accuracy and quality

- Collaborate with team members to coordinate project deliverables and meet deadlines

- Contribute to the preparation of construction documents and specifications

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of an architecture or related design program

- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software

- Strong visual, technical, and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainable design principles is a plus
