Position Summary
Responsible for professionally coordinating production recruiting. Maintain a Team First mentality; building team member relations and engagement. Develop relationships to improve recruiting and retention effectiveness and perform a variety of human resource administrative functions. Demonstrate effective customer service-oriented performance by efficiently and professionally performing the duties of the position in strict adherence with the Company’s Vision Statement and Core Values.
- Review applications, set up interviews, conduct interviews
- Schedule 2nd round interviews
- Assist the Human Resources team with projects as needed
- Filing interview notes and related documents
- Assist with onboarding
- Participate in process improvement
- Attend job fairs
Schedule
- Must be able to work onsite
- Work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Available 3 days a week but can be flexible to accommodate class schedule
- Must be available January 4 - April 30
- Business Hours are Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm (flexibility to accommodate candidate schedules is required)
Expectation

- Attending school for a bachelor’s or associate's degree in human resources or business-related field is preferred
