As an Account Management Intern at C.H. Robinson, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to help solve complex supply chain challenges for some of the world's leading companies. As an Account Management Intern, you will:

  • Support customer-facing teams in managing day-to-day account activities
  • Help analyze supply chain performance, pricing, and operational data
  • Assist with shipment execution and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency
  • Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, pricing, sales, and capacity management
  • Leverage technology and data insights to solve business challenges and improve outcomes
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational performance
  • Build relationships across the organization while developing a deeper understanding of the transportation and logistics industry

These experiences will give you exposure to customer relationship management, supply chain operations, and business strategy while helping you understand how C.H. Robinson creates value for customers around the world.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field
  • Expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Interest in customer relationship management, business strategy, and supply chain management

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and think critically
  • Curiosity, adaptability, initiative, and resilience
  • Experience through student organizations, leadership roles, internships, part-time work, athletics, or volunteer activities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Compensation Range

$15 - $30 per hour

The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
