Concierge Intern: This internship provides an immersive introduction to the Concierge department, focusing on guest engagement and enhancing the overall visitor experience. The intern will primarily shadow concierge Associates, learning how to provide tailored recommendations, assist with local bookings (e.g., dining, tours, transport) and respond to guest requests with professionalism and discretion. While responsibilities will remain light, interns may support with tasks such as preparing information brochures, organizing daily guest itineraries, or liaising with local service providers. This role offers valuable exposure to guest relations, local destination knowledge and the personalized service standards expected in a luxury resort environment. 
 
Finance Intern: This internship offers an in-depth introduction to the Finance and Accounting department within a hospitality environment. Interns will primarily shadow experienced finance professionals to gain exposure to daily accounting operations, financial reporting processes, accounts payable and receivable functions and revenue reconciliation procedures. Light administrative tasks may include assisting with invoice processing, expense tracking, data entry, account reconciliations, preparing financial summaries, and organizing supporting documentation for audits. The intern may also observe budgeting processes, forecasting discussions and month-end closing procedures. This experience provides valuable insight into the financial controls and compliance standards required to support hotel operations, while building foundational knowledge of accounting systems, financial policies, and internal reporting structures in a luxury resort environment.
 
Human Resources Intern: This internship offers an in-depth introduction to the Human Resources department within a hospitality environment. Interns will primarily shadow experienced HR professionals to gain exposure to recruitment processes, onboarding procedures, employee relations support and daily HR administrative operations. Light administrative tasks may include assisting with interview coordination, preparing onboarding documentation, maintaining employee records, supporting training logistics, updating HR databases and drafting internal communications. The intern may also observe performance management processes, policy implementation and compliance procedures. This experience provides valuable insight into the role Human Resources plays in supporting operational departments, fostering workplace culture and ensuring adherence to employment standards and organizational policies within a luxury resort environment.
