Der Produktionsstandort Kaiseraugst ist ein Eckpfeiler im weltweiten Produktions- und Logistiknetzwerk von Roche. Über 2000 Personen sind hier beschäftigt und der Standort beherbergt den weltweit grössten und innovativsten Verpackungsbetrieb von Roche.

Die Stelle

Als Praktikant/in im Bereich Asset Excellence Unit, Assembly & Packaging Devices am Produktionsstandort Kaiseraugst unterstützt Du das Team in vielseitigen Belangen. In diesem Praktikum wirst Du:

 

  • Die Verpackungsabläufe (Anlieferung, Etikettierung, Verpackung) kennenlernen

  • Selbständig Teil-/Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen (bspw. Mechanik, Elektrik, Packmittelentwicklung, Quality Assurance, Validierung und Engineering) bearbeiten

  • Bearbeitung von Marktcomplaints, Abweichungen und Changes

  • Tracken und Darstellen von KPIs

  • Unterstützung bei Root Cause Analysen im Abweichungsmanagement

  • Unterstützung im Bereich Quality Risk und Inspection Management

  • Anpassungen und Pflege von GMP-Dokumentation durchführen

  • Prozesse im GMP-konformen Umfeld hinterfragen und verbessern.

  • Teil eines dynamischen, leistungsstarken Teams mit abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben sein.

Wer Du bist

Du bist immatrikuliert oder hast Dein Studium an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule, vorzugsweise im Bereich Pharmazie, Pharmatechnik, Biotechnologie, Verfahrenstechnik  innerhalb der letzten 12 Monate abgeschlossen und hast Interesse, Deine Kenntnisse im Rahmen eines mindestens 6-monatigen Praktikums in einer modernen Arbeitsumgebung einzusetzen, sowie die pharmazeutische Industrie kennenzulernen. 

Überdies rundest Du Dein Profil mit folgenden Kompetenzen ab:

  • Du bist engagiert, eigenverantwortlich und belastbar 

  • Du hast Spass daran in interdisziplinären Teams zu arbeiten und kommunizierst offen 

  • Du verfügst über eine lösungsorientierte Einstellung und bringst analytische sowie organisatorische Fähigkeiten mit

  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch

Zusätzliche Information

  • Nicht-EU/EFTA Bürger (m/w/d) müssen der Bewerbung eine Bestätigung der Universität beilagen, dass sie im Rahmen der Ausbildung ein Pflichtpraktikum absolvieren müssen.

  • Eine Teilzeitanstellung oder das Schreiben einer Abschlussarbeit ist bei dieser Stelle nicht möglich.

  • Die Bewerbungsfrist endet am 9. Oktober 2026, die Vorstellungsgespräche finden vom  20. - 30. Oktober 2026 statt.
