About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn intern to join our Customer Service team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop knowledge in the international trade and shipping industry while gaining hands-on experience in the daily routine of a global company!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing Bookings submitted by customers, ensuring that cargo information is accurate and complete;
  • Support the review of documentation related to GD cargo;
  • Assist in monitoring cargo readiness, helping keep the system up to date and preventing cancellations;
  • Support the tracking of cargo on vessels through emails and phone calls, under supervision;
  • Assist in verifying VGM (Verified Gross Mass) information in the system;
  • Monitor invoices with guidance from the team, helping to prevent incorrect charges;
  • Assist in sending invoices to customers after vessel departure.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field;
  • Good communication and organizational skills, along with a strong willingness to learn;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • English proficiency is a plus.
