JOB TITLE:  

Intern, Wyoming Pathways from Prison

JOB PURPOSE:   

Assist with support of the Pathways from Prison program.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Work with WPfP (Wyoming Pathways from Prison) Director and staff to support growth and development of program, including:

  • Social media and publicity management
  • Course material ordering and distribution
  • Management of instructional logistics
  • Liaison with partners
  • Other duties as appropriate to needs and skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Current student at the University of Wyoming
  • Over 18 years old
  • Ability to use technology in instructional contexts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, written and oral.
  • Ability to pass background check.
  • Willingness to work with incarcerated students.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:   

  • Social media management experience. 
  • Familiarity with a variety of college instructional methods.

WORK LOCATION: 

Remote/Flexible Work: This position is eligible for remote work and/or a flexible work schedule, with 50% of the work being performed on campus, understanding our location is at 7,220 feet above sea level.
