Opportunity Overview

我们正在招聘优秀的软件工程实习生加入软件开发团队。该岗位将参与半导体测试与自动化领域的软件开发工作，包括工程效率工具开发、工作流自动化平台建设以及 AI 辅助软件工程相关项目。

实习生将在资深软件工程师指导下参与软件全生命周期开发过程，包括需求分析、方案设计、编码实现、测试验证、部署维护以及持续优化等工作，并有机会接触先进的软件工程实践和智能化开发技术。

• 参与软件应用、工程工具及自动化平台的设计、开发、测试和维护工作。
• 开发软件模块、工具程序及工程自动化解决方案。
• 协助构建提升研发效率的工程工具和工作流自动化系统。
• 参与需求分析、技术调研、问题定位及解决方案实施。
• 与跨职能团队协作，确保软件质量、可靠性及可维护性。
• 编写和维护技术文档、设计文档及用户使用说明。
• 参与 AI 辅助软件工程相关项目及流程优化工作。
• 协助 Agent 工作流的配置、调试、监控及优化。
• 参与智能化工程自动化场景下的 Agent Workflow 编排与集成工作。
• 排查工作流执行过程中的问题，优化工具集成及 Agent 协同运行效果。

All About You

• 计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学或相关专业硕士研究生在读。
• 具备扎实的面向对象程序设计基础。
• 熟悉至少一种编程语言，包括但不限于 C#、Java、C++、Python 或 JavaScript。
• 熟悉软件工程基础知识，包括软件设计、调试、测试及版本管理。
• 具备良好的逻辑分析与问题解决能力。
• 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
• 具备良好的英文读写能力。
