Our Team
Sanofi Business Operations (BO) is an internal Sanofi resource organization setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. BO strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, Globally. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to these global operations, supported by experienced team members who are committed to your learning and development.

Main Responsibilities


The overall purpose and main responsibilities are listed below:

The Project Specialist Intern will assist in liaising with relevant Business Partners, local team members, and Country Medical Leads to support appropriate HCP data transfer to the Tiering system. The intern will support quality checks on collected data, learn to assess HCP and non-HCP tiering documents under supervision, assist in compiling reports, and help identify process and system improvements.

People
Build relationships with internal peers and stakeholders within the allocated geography
Participate in connects with FMV leads and local country medical teams
Financial and Reporting
Assist in preparing monitoring and verification reports as per agreed timelines and quality standards
Support data quality assessment under guidance, including identifying abnormalities in monitored data
Learn customer engagement and scientific external expert reporting processes
Process
Support management of requests within the centralized mailbox/request platform, helping to prioritize based on business need
Participate in process training and learn tools used locally
Assist in analyzing expert credentials and expertise under supervision to support tier level determination
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned


About You


Experience: Currently enrolled students; prior internship or project experience in pharma/life sciences is a plus but not required
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, ability to work in a team environment, basic analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
Languages: Good knowledge of English and Chinese (spoken and written)
