Project Title

Intrinsic Reliability Validation Coverage Enhancement
 

Project Description

The intern will review existing intrinsic reliability validation coverage for NAND products and identify critical functionalities that may require additional testing. The project focuses on improving validation robustness and enabling earlier issue detection before product sampling.
 

Objective of the Project

Develop a comprehensive validation coverage matrix and recommend enhancements based on existing test flows and product datasheet specifications.
 

Opportunities for Full Time Employment

Upon successful completion of the internship, the intern may be considered for future full time employment opportunities, subject to satisfactory performance, role availability, and business needs.
 

Project Scope

  • Review existing intrinsic reliability test flows and validation coverage.

  • Map current tests against datasheet-defined product functionalities.

  • Identify coverage gaps that could delay issue detection.

  • Recommend validation enhancements and explore AI-Enabled validation tools.
     

Learning Opportunities

  • Gain exposure to NAND product reliability and validation methodologies.

  • Apply semiconductor device physics and fabrication knowledge to practical engineering problems.

  • Develop experience in coverage analysis, technical documentation, and AI-Enabled workflows.

Skillsets Required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Foundational knowledge of semiconductor device physics or fabrication.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, innovative, and willing to learn AI-Enabled validation workflows.
     

Course of Interest

The ideal candidate should be pursuing a degree or masters in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Materials Engineering, Applied Physics, or another discipline related to semiconductor device physics and fabrication.
 

Duration of Period

The ideal candidate should be able to commit to a full time internship period of at least 5 months.
