About the Role

From architecture consulting and web development to service offerings and infrastructure/cloud solutions, we leverage the latest technologies across all our activities.

Mission

This isn’t a "get the coffee" kind of internship. You will be embedded within our technical team, working alongside Project Directors, Designers, and Developers who use Agile and Extreme Programming to build high-quality products.

As a Digital Project Management Intern, you will:

  • Support Project Lifecycles: Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from initial brief to final delivery.

  • Master the Tools: Get hands-on with Linear to help project management in day to day activities.

  • Bridge the Gap: Act as a key link between our creative designers, technical developers, and international clients.

  • Lead the Rituals: Learn to organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies like Dailies and Retrospectives.

  • Analyze & Optimize: Use Google Analytics and data tracking tools to measure project success and suggest improvements.

  • Stay Curious: Research the latest tech and market trends to ensure Niji remains a leader in the digital space.

What We Are Looking For:

We aren't looking for a finished product; we’re looking for someone with the right ingredients:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • You are fluent in French and English. Spanish is a plus for internal work and good vibes.

  • You have a passion for digital environments, AI and fun projects.

  • You are organized, proactive, and have an "impeccable" eye for detail (especially in your writing).

  • You enjoy working with diverse profiles from developers to designers.
