About the Role

ATC Europe launched AI Week to accelerate the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence and move from awareness to concrete business impact. As part of this initiative, the Hackathon generated several practical use cases designed to solve real business challenges and become pilot-ready within a 30- to 90-day timeframe.

The AI Project Coordinator will support the Sr. Manager Executive Planning - Europe and the relevant business sponsors in structuring, tracking, and accelerating these initiatives from concept to pilot execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support the follow-up and execution of AI Week Hackathon projects, ensuring each selected initiative has a clear problem statement, business case, owners, milestones, risks, and next steps
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with Business Enablement, Global Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, HR, and European market teams
  • Help translate Hackathon outputs into actionable 30/60/90-day pilot plans, including scope, success metrics, governance, adoption plan, and decision gates
  • Maintain a structured project tracker covering progress, dependencies, blockers, decisions, and escalation points
  • Prepare concise executive updates for senior leadership, including project status, business impact, feasibility, adoption risks, and recommendations
  • Support stakeholder meetings, workshops, brainstorming sessions, and follow-up actions with sponsors and project teams
  • Contribute to AI and innovation communication materials, training content, use case libraries, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Conduct competitive and technological monitoring on AI, automation, and emerging innovation trends relevant to tower infrastructure and business operations
  • Promote responsible AI practices by helping teams identify risks, safeguards, human review points, data access requirements, and compliance considerations

Qualifications

Profile

  • Student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering Data scientist, computer science, project management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence, innovation, digital transformation, and practical business applications of emerging technologies
  • Good understanding of project management principles; exposure to agile or iterative delivery methods is a plus
  • Ability to structure complex topics, synthesize information, and turn ideas into clear action plans
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical or complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional, and fast-moving environment
  • Proactive, organized, curious, and able to follow up rigorously on actions and deadlines
  • Fluent English required; French, German, Spanish, a plus
  • Good command of Microsoft 365 tools; experience with Copilot or other AI productivity tools is a plus
