IT Digitalization Intern

Objective

The IT Digitalization Intern will focus on optimizing the research and development of new products and processes through AI components.

Main Responsibilities

Profile 1: Structured Thinking / Computer Science

• Analyze complex business problems and develop structured solution approaches.
• Support AI and digital transformation initiatives through research, testing, and process improvement.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation and process optimization opportunities.
• Evaluate alternative solutions using logical reasoning and business requirements.
• Assist in developing and validating AI-based solutions, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
• Apply structured thinking to solve problems while effectively communicating the proposed approach.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics and Intelligent Systems Engineering Computer Technologies Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge in Python, SQL, Tableu, Power Apps, others.
• Skills: Effective communication, Executive presentations, Adaptable in a dynamic work environment
• English advance required.
• Availability to do a full year internship
