About the Role

Ready to put your education to work? Sunflower is hiring a Structural Design Engineer Intern for Summer 2027 in Great Bend, KS (no remote option). Help design, engineer, install, and commission critical electrical transmission and distribution facilities that keep communities powered. You’ll tackle exciting challenges—from line routing, structural design, conductor evaluation, and field surveying to developing construction drawings, engineering calculations, and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Two years of engineering education at an ABET accredited institution.
