  • Participate in monitoring and observability activities by reviewing alerts, trends, dashboards, and capacity or performance information with team guidance.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of automation scripts, repeatable procedures, and operational documentation.
  • Support disaster recovery, resiliency, and business-continuity readiness activities through documentation, evidence collection, exercise preparation, and follow-up tracking.
  • Participate in incident, problem, and change-management activities as appropriate; contribute to root-cause learning and continuous-improvement efforts.
  • Use AI-enabled tools responsibly to accelerate research, documentation, analysis, and routine work while validating results, protecting sensitive information, and maintaining human accountability.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure engineers, security, architecture, application teams, service management, vendors, and business partners.
  • Seek coaching, apply feedback, build technical knowledge, and demonstrate accountability for personal growth and assigned deliverables.

The skills and experience we prefer you have:

  • Familiarity with one or more scripting or automation languages, such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, or a comparable language.
  • Exposure to monitoring, logging, infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, or IT service-management concepts is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to gather data, identify trends, document findings, and follow established processes.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and ask thoughtful questions when clarification is needed.
  • Ability to manage assigned work, adapt to changing priorities, and follow through on commitments.
