You'll work with teams to identify process improvements, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and gain exposure to advanced technologies and industry best practices. This internship provides a foundation for potential future opportunities within our Leadership Development Programs or full-time positions.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Preferred Fields of Study: Academic program that aligns with internship focus area
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academic or extracurricular activities
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Authorization to work in country of employment without sponsorship
• Previous internship experience preferred but not required
• Ability to meet physical requirements specific to role and work environment
• Willingness to learn and apply continuous improvement methodologies
• Commitment to safety, quality and regulatory compliance standards
• Foreign language skills may be required for some international positions

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position Intern II based in New York is $21.50–$28.75.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
