About the Role

Main Purpose of the role:

The sales analyst will support the commercial team’s efforts in managing improvement initiatives across the organization to deliver business benefits and support revenue growth. The position will assist in projects that play a key role in influencing change for the US sales team, and across additional business units. The sales analyst will be using various data sources to make recommendations that enhance sales efficiency, customer acquisition, and overall business performance.

Main tasks:

• Proactively identify, scope and prepare business cases for improvement processes.

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop systems that support project initiatives.

• Develop metrics, reports, and process maps to support projects.

• Report weekly status to manager and identify bottlenecks.

• Analyze and cleanse various data sources to ensure sales are provided sufficient data for customers

• Ensuring all customer profiles are updated and properly assigned in CRM system





Requirements

Must be currently enrolled in college, with a minimum of one year remaining before graduation.

Collaborative mindset, excellent verbal and written communicate skills

Ability to think outside the box, creative problem solving

Highly analytical perspective

Proficient in English language (Speaking, reading and writing)

Must be able to commit to 20-hours per week, on-site, during normal business hours

Studies in Maritime, Supply Chain or Logistics a plus!
