Screening resumes and application forms<br>2. Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates<br>3. Onboarding of the employees<br>4. Conducting timely follow-ups with the candidates<br>5. Working on talent acquisition<br>6. Drafting job description<br>7. Posting the jobs on various job boards</p><div>8. Organizing important events of the organization.</div><div>9. Creating company policies based on best practices.</div><div>10.
