Join our company as an Intern in our production and maintenance team and be at the forefront of innovative health solutions. Responsibilities

  • Work within the Production and Maintenance team to support the manufacture of medicines.
  • Support investigations into product complaints, process deviations, equipment failures, and operational issues.
  • Assist with process and equipment improvement projects to enhance operational performance and equipment reliability.
  • Provide frontline troubleshooting support for equipment and process interruptions to minimize manufacturing downtime.
  • Apply Lean and structured problem-solving methodologies, including FMEA, Fishbone Analysis, and 5 Whys, to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve equipment effectiveness, reduce operational costs, and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, monitor, and improve manufacturing and maintenance processes.
  • Support process monitoring activities, trend analysis, and deployment of performance improvement tools on the shopfloor.
  • Assist with the creation, revision, and implementation of procedures, work instructions, and training materials, while completing technical training programmes.
  • Promote a safe, compliant, and quality-focused culture and perform other duties as assigned
  • Train with SMEs and/or conduct training for shopfloor operations or maintenance teams.
  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
