What you will do

You will support key supply chain activities while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

  • Support high standards of Quality, Compliance, and Safety in day-to-day activities.
  • Support new supplier notifications, including assignment and initial assessment for Brinny.
  • Review Global and Local dashboards and reports to track KPI performance.
  • Take ownership of assigned non-technical supplier notifications and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and promoting best practice.
  • Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in the Tier process to track notifications, escalate risks, and support resolution.
  • Apply problem-solving skills in a cross-functional team environment.

To excel in this role

  • Currently pursuing MSc/BSc qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and interest in supply chain, compliance, planning, digital tools, or continuous improvement.
  • Integrity, credibility, energy, and a self-driven approach to delivering results.

This internship is a strong opportunity to build practical supply chain experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment while contributing to meaningful business priorities.
