How You Succeed

What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sustainability Research: support research on sustainability trends, regulations, reporting frameworks, and industry best practices relevant to the financial services sector
  • Sustainability Data Analysis: assist in the collection, consolidation, and analysis of sustainability-related data, including carbon emissions, energy consumption, and waste metrics
  • Sustainability Initiatives: support the implementation of sustainability projects and initiatives across the OCBC Group
  • Reporting & Communications: contribute to the preparation of sustainability reports, presentations, dashboards, and stakeholder communication materials
  • Events & Engagement: assist in the planning and execution of sustainability-related events, workshops, and training programmes
  • Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on sustainability-related projects and tasks as assigned

Who You Are

  • Open to learning and feedback
  • Strong interest in sustainability, ESG, and the financial services industry
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
