About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Assist HR team in daily administrative and operational activities.
- Support the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
- Assist with employee onboarding and preparation of onboarding documents.
- Assist in organizing training, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Support attendance and other HR administrative tasks.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR team.
Requirements
- Final-year university student or recently graduated, preferably majoring in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Available to work full-time during the internship period.
- Interested in developing a career in Human Resources, particularly Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Detail-oriented and well organized.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
- Previous internship or organizational experience in HR is a plus.
