About the Role
We are looking for a part-time Intern to join our Payroll Advisory Team to support payroll administration and transformation projects.
What you will be doing:
- Support payroll administration and maintain accurate payroll-related records
- Handle documentation and submissions for government subsidy schemes (e.g. RMLPs)
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties for payroll operations
- Compile reports, analyses, and presentation materials for management review
- Participate in projects related to process enhancement and workflow design
What we are looking for:
- Undergraduates in a relevant discipline
- Organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Knowledge of Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, is preferred
